Late afternoon, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake to soak in the beauty that God has graced this city that is often compared to Venice, but having its own typical character and setting.

Early morning, while sipping a cup of tea in your private balcony, enjoy the floating market in the lake where vendors on board go past on boats selling their wares such as flowers, crafts, vegetables, saffron etc. It just appears to be so unreal.

Following breakfast, proceed on a sightseeing of world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) . 

We will also visit the important and large Jamia Masjid built in 1674. The mosque has thick wooden pillars, each made from an entire deodar tree. 

The Shankracharya temple (Shiva temple) on top of a hill is fascinating too and, one can enjoy the panoramic view of the entire Srinagar city as well as the beautiful lakes.

Leave after breakfast for Pahalgam. If you are keen to witness the opulent beauty of mountains and hills, colourful gardens, orchards, swiftly flowing rivers , and , evergreen pine forests, along with snow-clad mountains, this road trip from Srinagar to Pahalgam should find a special place in your heart. 

Fascinating stop on the way would be at the Avantipur temple ruins. The famous Avantipur Temple was founded in the 9th century. Over the years, the temple has been reduced to ruins but it is still a fascinating site.

Departure Upon arrival at Pahalgam, check into your hotel and find some time to walk and soak in the breathtaking charm of the place . At an altitude of 2,440m, Pahalgam’s beauty cannot be exemplified in words . 

flowing from the river Lidder and Sheshnag Lake, Pahalgam was once a humble shepherd's village with breathtaking views. The pristine charm is and innocence of the place remains preserved till date .

Afternoon, pony ride to the meadows of Baisarn. This is a very unique sight. We climb several trails to suddenly find this lush meadow. 

Overnight at Hotel Villagio Or Hotel Tulip (B &D)

Following breakfast ride to Chandanwari. This scenic destination marks the beginning of the very famous Amarnath trek. On the way we visit Betab valley where many Indian movies have been filmed.

Continue driving to Aru, a grassland surrounded by a gorge. Aru is a beautiful shaded valley of the Lidder river. Encircling and protecting Aru, are the conifer Spread Mountains with occasional flash of high, snow-covered peaks rising against the blue sky. 

Rest of the day to independently explore the beauty of the villages and the other world charm of Pahalgam town.

After breakfast leave for Gulmarg, a journey that would be a paradise for nature lovers . Nestled amidst lush-green meadows, snow-capped mountains, evergreen forested hills and valleys, Gulmarg forms a perfect destination for the romantics. Undoubtedly, this also goes without saying that innumerable Bollywood movies have been shot here. 

Check into your Hotel and enjoy the splendours of nature and the snowy mountains.Afternoon, enjoy riding an ATV. This is a great experience that can be enjoyed by the entire family. .

After breakfast enjoy the Gondola ride . Everyone wants to keep their inner child alive; riding the Gulmarg gondola is the best way to do it. Regardless of your age, everyone who takes the gondola ride in Gulmarg turns into a child while playing in the snow, riding a horse at the top of the mountain or skiing. To see Gulmarg and Khilanmarg at their best and to take in the natural splendour of the Himalayas, there is nothing better than enjoying a ride in the second highest cable car network in the world – the Gulmarg gondola!

After breakfast easy and gradual trek to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year and you will enjoy the horse ridding upto the Glacier to enjoy the snow. 

Thajiwas Glacier located at an altitude of 9,186 feet and blessed with magnificent beauty.

Late afternoon, return to your campsite.

After breakfast, leave in time for the Srinagar airport for your onward flight. However, we need to report at the airport a minimum of 2 hours prior to the departure of your flight.
